Payment Instructions for Temporary Food Licenses ONLY

** IMPORTANT ** Do NOT pay on this site if: (1) Giving away food (no license is needed) -  OR  - (2) If applying/paying less than 10 business days before an event!

1. At least 10 business days before event, go to this link: https://paydirect.link2gov.com/CinciHealthDept 

2. On main screen:

  • Select "Health Food Temporary License"
  • Enter information about business and event in memo field
  • Enter amount owed (Currently - $220/license/event up to 5 consecutive days)

3. Enter payment and billing information when prompted.

4. **IMPORTANT** - You must email a copy of the payment receipt that is emailed to you with Temporary License Application to TempFoodLicensing@cincinnati-oh.gov. Required documents and payment receipt must be received at least 10 business days before event. Do not mail any payment or application - only email is accepted.
