Transient Occupancy Registration Certificate
In order to collect transient occupancy tax, the operator of any hotel within city boundaries renting lodging to transient guests is required to register the hotel with City Treasurer and obtain a transient occupancy registration certificate to be posted at all times in a conspicuous place on the premises.
