Contract Compliance Requirements

After a contract is awarded, contractors may be required to comply with one or more contract compliance programs administered by the Department of Economic Inclusion. Depending on the contract, requirements may include prevailing wage, subcontractor inclusion, living wage, wage enforcement, and equal employment opportunity. Your assigned Economic Inclusion representative will notify you of the requirements that apply to your project.

If you've been awarded a City contract:
  1. Review the compliance requirements that apply to your contract.
  2. Register in any required compliance systems (VCCS and/or LCP Tracker).
  3. Submit required forms through the appropriate platform.
  4. Work with your assigned Economic Inclusion representative throughout the project.

Compliance Systems:

VCCS

  • Used to report subcontractor payments and submit inclusion documentation.
  • Required for contracts with subcontractor inclusion goals.

LCP Tracker

  • Used to submit certified payrolls and prevailing wage documentation.
  • Required for contracts subject to prevailing wage requirements.
