Elevator Registration
On August 1, 2018, the Department of Buildings and Inspections implemented a new billing and online payment system. The updated policy allows the Elevator section to combine two inspection fees with the safety test filing fee to create one invoice. Since we are combining the three (3) fees, your invoice may look higher, but this is because all fees are combined and paid one time a year. In this system, you will be able to manage billing, payments, safety tests, and certificates of operation.

Create Your Account
To manage your elevators you will need to create an account in the new ezTrak Edge System and link your associated elevators. Please follow the below steps to get started.
STEP 1: Link your elevators. Complete the below form for all elevators associated with your ezTrak Edge account. YOU MUST SUBMIT THE BELOW FORM TO LINK YOUR ELEVATORS TO YOUR ONLINE ACCOUNT.
STEP 2: Create your user account in ezTrak Edge: https://eztrak.cagis.org/CitizenAccess/Default.aspx Select “Register for an account” and follow the directions. Please use the same email address that appears on the Elevator Linking Request Form.
STEP 3: Pay your invoice
Once you have completed the registration and the linking process you are ready to pay. You will receive a confirmation email from our customer service department once your elevators have been successfully linked.
Please follow the directions below to complete the payment process:
Log into your ezTrak account
- From the Action Center Payment Due section select "Pay All"
- Click the OK Button to go to the cart
- Follow the Check-Out link
