Inclement Weather
Snow Emergency Classifications:
Level One – Cincinnati Recreation Commission facilities are open as scheduled.
Level Two – Cincinnati Recreation Commission facility and program schedules may be revised.
Level Three – All Cincinnati Recreation Commission facilities and programs are cancelled
Cincinnati Recreation Commission Pools
Pools will close for bad weather including thunder and lightning and remain closed for 30 minutes from the last thunder and/or lightning. In the event of cool summer weather, pools will close on a case-by-case basis as necessary.
Cincinnati Recreation Commission Therapeutic Recreation Programs
In case of inclement weather, Therapeutic Recreation program cancellations may be found on Local Channel 12- look for CRC/TR CANCELLED. During the spring and summer, call 352-4011/TR Program Hotline for status of Miracle League games.
Cincinnati Recreation Commission Athletics
For all adult sports leagues, check game status line daily: 684-4908 or 684-4915.
Cincinnati Recreation Commission Programs Occurring in Cincinnati Public Schools
- If Cincinnati Public Schools have a DELAYED opening, before-school programs will still start AS SCHEDULED.
- If Cincinnati Public Schools are CLOSED, all programs and athletic events occurring in Cincinnati Public Schools will be CANCELLED.
- If Cincinnati Public Schools are RELEASED EARLY, all programs occurring in a Cincinnati Public School will be CANCELLED.
We will make every attempt to keep our facilities open and programs/classes on schedule during periods of inclement weather, while keeping everyone safe as they travel to and from our facilities.
