ADA/EEO Statements
The Cincinnati Recreation Commission (CRC) provides recreational and cultural activities for Cincinnatians of all ages and abilities. CRC enriches the lives of Cincinnati citizens, through special public events, volunteer opportunities and leisure activities at CRC recreation centers, aquatic facilities, golf courses and hundreds of playgrounds and sports fields.

ADA/Inclusion Grievance Procedure
Individuals who are unsatisfied with the services rendered, level of accommodation, or denial of services may provide a written statement to the CRC Director. This statement will be forwarded to the CRC Inclusion/ADA Coordinator for face-to-face meeting to discuss nature of the complaint and possible resolutions. Citizens have a right to further their complaint to the Office of Aging and Accessibility as needed if they are unsatisfied with the CRC response.
