Local Historic Landmarks
Individual Landmarks
The City of Cincinnati has designated the following individual properties as local historic landmarks. Copies of the conservation guidelines, designation reports and ordinances for these properties can be obtained from the Historic Conservation Office by emailing urban.conservator@cincinnati-oh.gov.
All changes to the exterior and some publicly accessible interior spaces of these buildings require a Certificate of Appropriateness to review the work for compliance with the specific guidelines for the landmark.
