Proposed Vacation and Sale of City-owned Right-of-Way in the West End

 

Background

Planned Development #83 (PD-83), FC Cincinnati Stadium, was established on February 21, 2019 by Ordinance 63-2019 when Cincinnati City Council approved the zone change and Concept Plan and Development Program Statement. Additional property was added to the Planned Development by way of Major Amendments to the Concept Plan and Development Program Statement in June of 2019 (Ordinance 169-2019), October of 2019 (Ordinance 363-2019), and February of 2020 (Ordinance 46-2020).

Proposed Project

FC Cincinnati (FCC) proposes the expansion of the Planned Development boundary north to include additional privately-owned properties for the planning and construction of a new mixed-use development. To facilitate the mixed-use development, FCC proposes the vacation and sale of approximately 1.628 acres of City-owned right-of-way along Bard Alley, Bauer Avenue, Central Avenue, Kuhfers Alley, and Wade Street.
