To request the installation or removal of a parking meter, please contact 311Cincy. These requests will be routed through the Department of Transportation and Engineering. - I was overcharged for parking. How do I get a refund?
If the overcharge occurred in a City parking facility, please contact Parking Facilities at 513-352-4527. They will investigate your claim and inform you of the refund procedures. - How do I get my vehicle out of impound?
To retrieve a vehicle that has been towed, you should:
- Pay any outstanding fines.
- Take your receipt to the City Police Impound Lot at 3425 Spring Grove Ave.
Impound Lot hours are Monday through Thursday: 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday: 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., Saturday: 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 9 p.m. to 2 a.m., and Sunday: 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Impound Lot phone number is 513-352-6370. You will need a photo ID and proof of ownership to retrieve your vehicle. Please note that there are impoundment, processing, and storage fees that must be paid at the lot.
