Parking Ticket Complaint Process
If you choose not to pay the fine, you must request a hearing within 14 days of receiving the infraction.
You can request a hearing online by visiting https://cincinnati.citationportal.com.
You can also request a hearing in-person or by mail.
To request a hearing in-person, appear between the hours of 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday-Friday at:

You can also schedule a hearing by writing to the same address. If you choose to schedule a hearing by writing to the Parking Violations Bureau, your copy of the parking infraction MUST accompany the request.
FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN A DEFAULT JUDGMENT WITH ALL FINES, PENALTIES, FEES AND COSTS ACCORDING TO LAW. YOUR VEHICLE CAN BE IMPOUNDED IF FOUND ON THE STREETS OF THE CITY OF CINCINNATI. YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION PRIVILEGES CAN BE SUSPENDED, DISALLOWING YOU TO PURCHASE, RENEW, OR TRANSFER YOUR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES.
