Mobile Payment

You can now conveniently pay for parking throughout Cincinnati using your phone!

Simply download either the CINCYEZPARK or PaybyPhone mobile apps, and you can manage your parking from anywhere, including adding time without returning to the meter.​

How do I get started?

To get started, click on one of the logos below. Both apps are designed to integrate seamlessly with the City of Cincinnati’s Cincy EzPark system. Follow these easy steps to park using your mobile device:

  1. Download the app of your choice.

  2. Open the app and set up your account, including adding your vehicle and payment information.

  3. Enter the ZONE number found on nearby signage or on the parking meter.

  4. Select the amount of time you wish to park.

  5. Confirm your payment, and that's it! Park, pay, and be on your way!
