Food License Renewals – 2025

 
– Food license renewal notices will be emailed to license holders –

The Cincinnati Health Department is announcing that food license renewal notices will NOT be mailed. Instead, they be emailed to license holders by January 31, 2025.
 
It is important that all food license holders check the accuracy of the emails they used when they paid their licenses last year.
 
Food licenses can be paid online starting, but no earlier than, February 1, 2025, and must be paid by March 3, 2025, otherwise a 25% late fee will be added to the license fee.
 
Like last year, the CAGIS ezTrak platform serves as the sole method for license renewal, updating, communication, and food license management. This new process introduced in 2024 makes it easier for food license holders to apply and/or renew their licenses.
