New Website, Who This?

Cincinnati Parks is proud to announce the grand reveal of our new website! The website is now housed on the City of Cincinnati website: https://cincinnati-oh.gov.

Staff has diligently spent countless hours creating an entirely new website and navigation focused on improving the customer experience and based on user analytics. 

With each passing year, the reliance on the website to provide important information to the public about our organization, parks, trails, amenities, programs, events, challenges and accomplishments becomes more pronounced. This website project is part of our ongoing work to improve the customer experience and embrace the latest communications technology and trends. 

The website has great new features. These include:

• Interactive park maps to help users better navigate parks and their amenities
• Individual park calendars, which assists users in finding events quickly in the parks they want to visit
• Revamped picnic shelter/garden wedding area interface so that users can easily book for events
• Integrated video, which offers users a fun and engaging experience

Our new website is now available to use and we can't wait for you to explore and enjoy it. It will provide a seamless customer service experience and will give users helpful and useful park information. Time to get to navigating!
