Accessible, Adult Program

Join us for a guided mindfulness walk surrounded by tropical greenery inside Krohn Conservatory. Enjoy the serenity of nature and relax as we slowly walk through the foliage, reawakening our five senses. We’ll use the patterns found in nature to relax our minds and restore our bodies. The program includes a slow guided walk with a sequence of soothing, nature-based readings, moments of stillness, and poetry led by Pam Lowe Cho. You will learn therapy tips you can take home and seamlessly integrate into your daily life. Don’t miss this special opportunity to reconnect with nature!

$20/person

Featuring Pam Lowe Cho, ANFT-Certified Forest Bathing Therapy Guide and Executive Coach

Pam Cho, a former corporate executive, has been an executive coach since 2009. During the pandemic she introduced outdoor coaching sessions to her clients offering relief from stress, depression, and anxiety. Pam recently journeyed to Japan to study with Japanese Forest Bathing Guides and brings this enriched experience to our program.

Forest Bathing is one of the most exciting and rapidly growing relaxation practices being used by wellness practitioners around the world. It is designed after a Japanese inspired practice called "Shinrin-Yoku" (translated as bathing in the healing elements of nature, or 'forest bathing').

This program is designed for adults, 18 and older only please. Limited space available.
