Purpose: Provide administrative relief to persons aggrieved, as defined herein, by notices of violation, decisions, or orders of the Department of Community Development ("DCD"), issued by Code Officials from the Division of Property Maintenance Inspections, pursuant to their enforcement of the Cincinnati Building Code, including decisions related to the Vacated Building Maintenance License ("VBML") Ordinance. The Board will also hear Community Reinvestment Area ("CRA") appeals of persons aggrieved under sections 3735.65 to 3735.69 of the Ohio Revised Codes and has authority to overrule any decision of a Housing Officer.
