GCWW provides about 136 million gallons of water a day through 3,000 miles of water mains to  most of Hamilton County and parts of Butler and Warren Counties in Ohio, and to Boone County in Kentucky.

GCWW has developed an  easy-to-read bill.  Customers continue to have  several ways to pay.  GCWW also provides easy web access to current billing information and  on-line payment by Electronic Check, MasterCard or Visa credit/debit card 24 hours a day, as well as a new automatic payment option called  .
