Aquatic Division Mission:
The Cincinnati Recreation Commission Aquatic Division provides fun, safe, quality aquatic related programming and recreational activities for residents and visitors of Cincinnati.  CRC’s 38 aquatic centers throughout Cincinnati  provide customer-friendly environments with affordable and diverse activities to meet the needs of the community’s citizens.

History / Information:
• In 2008, CRC opened the new Otto Armleder Aquatic Center at 
   Dunham, 4356 Dunham Lane, 45238. (On May 31st, 2008)
   and the new Otto Armleder Aquatic Center at Hirsch,
   3630 Reading Road 45229 (On July 9, 2008)
• CRC's new Winton Place Pool w/ zero-depth entry and other swim features
   opened July 2004
• The average age of CRC pools is 40 years.
• CRC’s Otto Armleder Aquatic Complex at Hanna playground,
   with zero-depth entry and a slide opened in 2003.
• CRC received the National Recreation and Park Association’s
   Excellence In Aquatics Award in 1997.
• Each season CRC hires 350 staff that help us "Work the Water Better."
• CRC lifeguards average 168 preventative rescues a season.
• Our annual city-wide swim meet hosts 500 swimmers.
