Providing cultural activities for Cincinnati residents of all ages and abilities is part of Cincinnati Recreation Commission’s (CRC) mission. CRC has offered arts programs since its founding in 1927. CRC arts programs have received awards from the National Recreation and Park Association and the Ohio Parks and Recreation Association as well as a local Post Corbett Award.

Each recreation center offers arts classes and programs. CRC employee artists show their talents along with the CRC Artist in Residence program. CRC owns an extensive collection of public artworks which enhance CRC’s Sawyer Point and other CRC facilities.
