Procter & Gamble child care facility
P&G to construct a 22,000 square foot childcare center on the corner of Broadway and New Street.

dunnhumby, USA
dunnhumby will move into a 145,000+ square-foot building at 444 W. Third Street near Paul Brown Stadium. The building will be the national headquarters for dunnhumby’s operations in the United States.

KZF Design, Inc.
KZF Design, Inc. recently announced plans to renovate 700 Broadway into their new headquarters, and will be applying for LEED-Silver certification on the 36,000 square foot building. This new space will be home to nearly 100 employees.

Medpace, Inc.
Medpace anticipates occupying 350,000 sq. ft. of new office space at the former NuTone site on Red Bank Road.

Queen City Square Tower
With a project budget over $322 million Queen City Square Tower will be the premiere office space in downtown Cincinnati. The Great American Financial Group will be the anchor tenant in this 41-story story building. When complete Queen City Square Tower will be the tallest building in the Cincinnati Skyline.

The Banks
The development team broke ground on the 2.8 million square foot, mixed use development between Paul Brown Stadium and Great American Ballpark.

Baldwin Office Complex/Humana Consolidation
Humana will consolidate its regional marketing facility in a new 250,000 square foot office building. The $86 million project will create 300 new jobs and retain 529 existing full-time positions.

Keystone Parke
A $100 million, 460,000 square foot office campus in the beautiful neighborhood of Evanston. The first building was completed mid-2008.


Parker Flats
57 new condominium units.


One River Plaza
150 new condominium units in two mid-rise towers on the city’s central riverfront.

Gateway Quarter
3CDC completed Duncanson Lofts (25 condominium units), Duveneck Flats (15 condominium units) and Bremen Lofts (17 lofts and town homes).

Duke Energy Center
Exansion and renovation; June 2006


Fifth Third Bank Headquarters Renovation
Fifth Third completed its facade improvement and renovation of the first floor retail as part of the Fountain Square project. Cadillac Ranch and Graeter’s Ice Cream opened last year, and Fifth Third has announced leases with Potbelly Sandwich Works, and Jones the Florist.

National Underground Railroad Freedom Center
The museum based on the history of the undergound railroad opened in August of 2004

New Restaurants in the Westin Hotel and the Carew Tower
Both buildings, which are across the street from Fountain Square, have announced new retail tenants: Ingredients, McCormick and Schmick’s, Boi Na Braza and Morton’s opened last year.
