Online Filing Program

The Income Tax Online Filing Program is a convenient and secure way to prepare and E-File your Cincinnati income tax returns, remit tax payments or review payment history.

Requirements:

  • Active Account--To register you must have your Cincinnati Account Number. You may apply for a tax account on-line by completing the Tax Account Application or contacting our office at (513) 352-3838.

  • Taxpayer ID Number--To register to use the tool you must have your Social Security Number or Federal ID Number.

  • E-Mail Address--We will send PIN, confirmation numbers, updates and other information to you.

  • All Users Must Activate Their Accounts Annually--If this is your first visit to the site for tax year 2007, you must first register in order to login.  You will be asked to enter your Tax Account Number, Last Name, and E-Mail Address to have a PIN established and E-mailed to you. Once this is complete, you will be able to login to the tax tool.  When you receive your PIN, then you will need to create a username and password.
